Free Map Design: Have you ever picked up an attractive tract only to find the map looks like it was just thrown inside with no thought as to how it looks? We believe that a map should compliment your tracts, not detract from them. As part of the customization process, we take a sketch of a pre-existing map and design it so it looks like it was specifically made for your tract. If you don't currently have a map of your church location, feel free to draw one out using a black marker. Please include street names and nearby buildings that are well known. Then, fax it to us at (800) 997-5638.

• Once I place my order, how long does it take to receive it?
  The total turnaround time when you combine design, printing, and delivery is usually 2-3 weeks.
  
  
• Are there any extra costs in printing?
  No, we don't have hidden fees. The only thing you will pay for over the listed price is shipping (CA residents also pay tax). We have structured our prices so that in one small payment your printing and designing are both included.
  
  
• Does it cost extra to have FundamentalMedia design a map for our church?
  No, absolutely not. Maps are our specialty. After the project is complete, we even recommend asking for a PDF copy of your map so you can can plug it into other materials that you might print in-house or place on the web.
  
  
• Do you sacrifice quality for price?
  No, we believe you can have both. In the print industry, an illustration is frequently given of a triangle with three words placed at its corners- cost, time, and quality. The premise is that you can only have two sides of the triangle, meaning that if you want fast time then you have to sacrifice on cost or quality, or if you want low cost then you will have to sacrifice on quality or time. Ignoring that paradigm, FundamentalMedia offers some of the highest quality materials, printed at the fastest times, at the lowest prices in the industry.
  
  
• What is the biggest mistake most people make when printing?
  Proof-reading. Before anything can be sent to print, a waiver form must be signed saying the person having the material printed is responsible for any typographical and layout errors. We are tenacious about finding spelling errors, but in the end it is up to the consumer to make sure there are no spelling, grammatical, or informational mistakes. It is hard to proof read everything since some content in a design, such as dates, street names, phone numbers, and address, is subjective to us. It is important that YOU carefully look over your proof before you approve it to print.
  
  
• Will the colors in the art work come out exactly how it looks on my screen?
  No, unfortunately not. Most monitors are not extremely accurate when it comes to color, so allow about 5%-10% color variation between your monitor and your printed piece. Again, we have color tested all of are designs and are confident that your printed materials will definitely meet your expectations.
